Head technician of the D41 project. Basil is extremely focused on their job, to the point of coming across as cold and callous towards anyone that would get in the way of their desired results. They're a bit intimidating to work with, even if they never seem to raise their voice. Catch them off the clock or on a slow day, though, and they're surprisingly mild-mannered. They might be just a bit of a workaholic.
