An old friend of Elsie's, now her effective sidekick on her travels. He doesn't always agree with his companion's methods, but he'll stick by her until the very end. Stacey's not much of a fighter, and panics when forced to think on his feet, but he proves to be good emotional support. He has an overall relaxed attitude that helps mellow out his partner's hostile persona.
