A bit of a weird shut-in that lives in the avian village. No one can quite remember when they arrived, and while they're quite chatty with anyone that stops by their window sill, it's extremely rare to find them outside of their home. They can come across as a bit abrasive, but they're usually more oblivious to manners than purposefully rude.
